The theme of this league is trying to win with some of the worst fielding ever seen.

All players at each position must have a fielding rating of 4, with the following exceptions:

Catcher: 3 or 4 rating
SS: 4 rating, or 3 with e30+
CF: 4 rating, or 3 with e10+

You are allowed 1 player on your roster that is exempt from the fielding rules. That player must only play as a DH.

Examples:
George Brett can only be used at 1B or SS
Dale Murphy can only play as a DH
Sandberg can only play as a SS

Injuries: If a starter is injured, HAL my replace them with a good defensive player. There is no way to avoid this. The only rule is that your line-up card always follow the fielding rules.

The first 2 players will be selected via a 2 round snake draft. Include a state lottery with your sign-up for determining the draft order.
