A few years ago I played in an 80's league and the theme was all military. We all had team names dealing with the armed services or war movies.
My team name was: Easy Company
Anyone interested in doing it again as a salute to the veterans out there?
If so, I wanna fill it today and start on monday. Who's game?

11 more to fill a league.
ZERO interest.
I'm guessing the 80's game is on it's last leg...

It was the Major Reismann league of Dirty Dozen fame. Gotta have something catch to peak some interest.
Maybe an all grunt team. Only one "1's" allow on defense to lead the squad, only two "2's" as platoon leaders and the rest 3's and 4's. Now when I say 1 and 2 their NORMAL position.
For pitchers 1 guys over 5 mil, 1 guy over 4 and the rest below that.
The battles are going to be epic. No namby pamby ballparks either. Must have a HR rating of at least 10 on one side.
What do you think?

Well, that was a quick 3 additions to the original two...just need seven more.
SoCal and YF wanna fine tune the theme rules to attract these last teams?
