Unless you're Panzer Ace (he gets an invite with "only" 1800+ and 12 championships), you must have 2000+ wins in the 80s (there are 28 managers with 2000+ wins, most of them active).

i neglected to say, low to high on the lottery deal. this is filling up pretty quickly!
