Cannot access teams at new SOM. Anyone else?

So far I cannot access my teams at SOM. I can log in. I can see my two active teams. The problem occurs that when I click on one of my teams, I'm simply directed right back to the SOM page from whence I clicked.
I'm e-mailing back and forth with SOM now and have followd thier advice several times to no avail. Anyone else having difficulty accessing thier team(s)?
