If a player has N power vs lefties in on only 1 card...
and he homers off a lefty
does that reveal his card?
thanks.

If the homer is on his card, he can hit it.

I don't think a batter with "W" power can hit a HR off a pitcher's card. From the strat rulebook. (The newer cards all have "N-HOMERUN" printed on the pitchers cards.):
Rule 12.1: In advanced play, all homerun readings on pitchers cards are preceded by the letter N. The hitter must have "N" power for this roll to result in a homerun. If the batter's power rating is "W" then any homrun chance becomes a SINGLE** (all other runners advance two bases).
Example: Say a left-handed hitter with W power is batting against Lefty Gomez and rolls a 4-5. Instead of a possible homerun, the possibilities would become "SINGLE** 1-6, fly(rf) B 7-20.
