Hi RMC,
It will be difficult trying to fill a $200 million league using the 1969 catalog.
I am part of a $100 million league and there's not enough player salaries there to use salary cap room (teams still had money left and no players to spend it on).
Looks like there is an $80 million league that is only 3 players away from filling.
You may want to try that one instead.
