Why can't I seem to be able to find Kevin Seitzer? He had an awesome 86 card. Or, am I just an idiot and can't find him?

There were several players from the 1986 Take Two celebrity game that didn't make it to the regular release game due to them having monster stats with only limited actual AB or IP. They thought that they might skew the game and didn't want to have some of the highest priced players to only have had 49 actual ABs that year for example. Seitzer had just under 100 ABs but had a .440 OBP & .323 BA. Apparently that was too good with too few ABs to make it.
