How do I...

Fill my private league?? My buddy had started an 80's decade league and was able to open it up when we needed to fill it. I cannot figure out how to open this 86 league. I need 5 more manager HELP!! :)

One option is just to post in the forum like this.
Put "Need X managers to fill league" in the subject.
List the league's name and the password, and explain the league's parameters in the body of the post.
