League size option

What happened to the posibility of league size options ? It was on the table a few months back and it has disappeared. The 3-4-12 set up is getting boring and stale . Is this a dead issue now ?

I'd like to see some options :

2 - 6 team divs
2- 10 teamers
how about the 30 team thing .
anything to break up the boredom of the norm .
