I do wish sometimes that I could really go and see some of the games that SOM simulates....

It looks like the Knights had the opportunity to tie up the game in the bottom of the inning. With runners on first and third and one out, Mike Lavalliere lines out on a SI* 1-9 possibility, and then Ryne Sandberg pops out (choke in the clutch?) for the final out of the inning.

As I was raised in the Southern California area and attended games at Dodger Stadium when I was younger, it was proper etiquette to leave the game at the end of the 7th inning (in order to avoid the horrendous traffic jam that you would otherwise have to endure at the end of the game). Thus, while it probably would have been a great game to watch, I never would have seen it through to the end.
