Resources for 1999 SOM

I am trying to form a league in 1999, and am trying to learn the set.

Does anyone know where I can find a rundown of clutch ratings for hitters similar to that which comes with the SOM rating book for 2008?

Is there another source?

I don't know of any listing of ratings for clutch other than going here http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/stratomatic/about/research.html and select the 1999 set and look at each card and figure them out yourself.
