Gentlemen,

I just got my team submitted. It took awhile because I did not have a large enough payroll. To get the team entered I had to remove my 25th pick, Dave Duncan, and replace him with Willie McCovey. If I end up with McCovey I will release him immediately, I will then pick up Duncan from the free agent list.

I want to keep all of you posted so that you didn't think I was trying to pull a fast one. If I ever do win a championship, I want it to be on the up and up.

Rick, Did you have this problem with the 200 mil cap? Or were you set to 60 mil?

I recall playing in a 25 mil cap league and I thought that the 200 mil leagues have no lower limit.
