1969 DIRTY DOZEN FRANCHISE LEAGUE - FULL!

Each owner will select any open 1969 franchise when signing-up. The first step will be to select 12 players from that franchise that you will reserve. This will be done by "closed ballot" (i.e. e-mailed or PM'd to me - I will e-mail/PM my list to another owner to keep me honest). After each owner has selected his 12 franchise players, we will add up the salaries for them, then hold a 10 round serpentine draft for players 13-22 (we will draft here on this thread). The final three roster spots will be via the draft card.

The draft order will be in reverse order of the total salaries of the 12 players reserved (lowest 12-man initial payroll gets top pick, highest gets 12th pick). So there is obviously some strategy in who you pick. Any non-reserved players are available for the ten round draft (whether from one of the 12 selected franchises or not).

League will be as follows:
• 80M League, advanced
• No DH
• Waivers

Your franchise's home stadium must be used.

Each owner must keep a minimum of 12 players from your franchise on your team during the course of the season - can add and drop, subject to the usual penalty, as long as you have 12 from your team at the beginning of each night's games
