That's not a bad idea AF... just make sure to leave at least $10 mil unspent at all times.

That's how we did salary cap themes in the "old days".

Are we setting up the draft this weekend? I am flying to San Francisco Sunday to see the Colts and will not have internet access until Monday AM. I can leave proxies tonight if we get set up on Penn's site.
