I've never been part of a frenzy, so please explain how it works and I might get in.

In a frenzy, all free agents are immediately available. Their is no waiver period. Drafts usually run around ten to fifteen minutes after midnight eastern time and then it is a frenzy for picking up the free agents. 8)
