Speaking of trades, for all you NL teams out there, my team is desperately in need of a CFer. Wynn, Bonds, Agee, or Matty Alou would be great. Would trade just about anybody except maybe Allen and Harrelson.

In addition to the AL having a lot more power, and less pitching, the AL has most of the good fielding SS. In the last AL-NL league, the AL teams did better with 3 of the 4 playoff teams being from the AL including the mighty Doobies who won 103 games in RFK.

In a previous theme league, I went with the team name of "Crack Hos." They were an exciting bunch, what with multiple suspensions and trips to rehab, there was a lot of turnover on that team. I wish Steve Howe was available. But the fan base didn't hold up due to too many fans being broke, in jail, and in psychiatric institutions. So, we've gone in the other direction with our NL-theme team being named "National Public Radio."
