An easy trick for a smooth draft:

Go to Penn's site, click "ALL DRAFT PICKS". Before selecting a player for your team on the SOM site, you can search those already taken by going to "Edit ->" Find to be sure that you're not picking someone who's already been drafted.

Even easier than what Unc sugested is to go to create a proxy on Penns site a type in a name. If he shows up hes avaialable and also being able to search by price range and pos. comes in handy.
