Almost 5 hours since a pick???? LOL wow thats not good

Do we have to go another 3 for Durant Jerry to pick?

I think what is happening is guys are setting up their proxies but if they have only set up a few and the players are pretty likely candidates to get picked then their proxy list gets cleaned out and we stall.

I have 7 proxies set up right now and a couple down the list are pretty deep on teams so I know even if many of them get picked, I likely will have some still left.

this is RUDE, especially when its the same guilty parties constantly. this is why I love/HATE live drafts. it's the absolute best and fairest way to create teams, and in many ways better than playing the season, because you make all the decisions, and can only be fouled up by the competiton or your own hasty or hesitant decisions. but it only takes one or two negligent owners to make 9 or 10 wait all day! blows. takes all the fun out of it. I'm around almost all day, and on a computer at work, so I could pick everything live, but if im away, I make sure I set plenty of proxies...what's the use? :roll:

I cannot skip two people, the draft software won't allow it. We are stuck until Pelzer or durantjerry makes a pick.

he's meat - You have indicated that you want a stadium by picking one in the live draft. Why don't you let us know which stadium you are taking by posting it here. This is the only way you get a stadium. Whatever stadium you pick during the live draft means nothing since only about half of the stadiums are set up to be drafted in the 1986 game for some reason.

if the stadium IS there, its definetly less confusing if you go ahead and proxy or take IT.

still need an updated excel spreadsheet...could have filled the whole thing in by now.

Come on Meat.. :? cut us NEGLIGENT owners some slack...You say in your message you are around all day and could do it live....That is great for you, but everyones situation is different...I have 18 employees that I constantly deal with all day long and do not have the luxury of getting on the computer much at work unless it is for a report of some kind or something dealing with work...I made 5 proxies...more than I really wanted to make as the draft changes from pick to pick...When it comes to me I have one left sitting there (Canseco) and nothing for the next until I have time to check in again...As a FILL-IN manager I am definately NOT negligent but am doing the best I can with my time alotted...If that is rude so be it...If you are so darn antsy to know your team right away, watch the boards and jump in leagues as the 12th owner in an auto draft and you'll get your team that nite...Otherwise, cut us a little slack and relax :wink:
