OK the votes are in. Out of the 11 owners to sign up so far 10 have expressed their wishes as to the salary cap. There are 6 votes for 100M cap, 2 votes for 80M cap and 2 votes for either way. Here is the final decision.........THIS IS A 100M DH LEAGUE. End of discussion on that matter. I would like to hear from the two people who wanted an 80M league (Assmeriten and Wolfblitz) before running the lotto numbers even if it fills today. THE NUMBERS WILL NOT BE RUN UNTIL I MAKE SURE Assmeriten and Wolfblitz are still with us.

A couple of you have asked about the draft order. Yes it is a serpentine draft which means whoever gets the First pick in the draft also gets the last remaining team.

Lottery State

Postby LMBombers » Mon Nov 28, 2005 6:52 am

Doc Tax you need to change your lottery state. NC has no lottery. Most states do have a pick 3 number. To help you find a state that does go to www.lotteryusa.com. There you will find a list of states. Click on one to see if it has a 3 digit result. If so that state is a good one to use.

Some states have a mid-day and evening pick 3 result. For purposes of this league we will be using the evening results for such states. In case of a tie (what are the odds, but it happened in my last league that used lotto) we will use the pick 4 number from the same day.

Paging Doc Tax

Wolfblitz is in and based on Assmeriten's last post it looks like he is in as well. Now we have 11 looking to fill the last spot.

Doc Tax please pick a new lottery state.
