Top 3 canidates for MVP and Top 2 canidates for Cy Young. Leading the pitching and most of the hitting team stats.

Overcoming injuries and making it thru a stretch of .500 baseball for about 18 games.

10 games form the magic .500 mark but looking for 100 wins to prove the nay sayers wrong!! :P

Although the Bunnies are limping through a major rash of injuries right now (2-9) in the last 11 games, they have reached the magic .500 number with 24 games still to play.

Can they rebound and go 19-5 over the last 24 to hit 100 wins???

Will they go 14-10 and make my own personal prediction come true as evidenced at the top of this thread???

Those things still to come, one thing is for certain. The nay sayers who picked this team to go .500 or less have proved they are not Jimmy the Greek.

More to come...........................

Dude,

After all that, to lose the finals in Game 7... ugh...

But you did prove all of us who posted here wrong. It was a good team, you made smart in-season decisions, and had a very impressive showing.

Good luck with your other squads.

AHHHH, I forgot with all my ATG IV teams to post the final note. Pal did you happen to see how many injuries I endured for the Championship?

I had Strawberry, Larry Parrish (League MVP), Bando (Starting C) and Garvey all go down with injuries in the finals and were out for the rest of the playoffs. Earlier in the series I had lost 2 other players for a couple games. LOL hard to win when 4 starters go down for the rest of the series at one time. I was shocked I stretched to 7 games. I am pretty sure that if I stayed healthy I win that series, or even if I just lost 1 maybe 2 but not almost half of my starters at once!!

Oh well, thanks for following the year with me Pal.
