rules reminder or clarification. As I understand the rules, we are playing with a 100 mil cap. So, each team needs to draft 25 players that are 100 mil or less in official TSN/SOM salaries. If I am right, the All-Stars could be headed for salary cap problems.

I understood it to be a 100 mil cap for bidding, 200 mil cap as far as TSN/SOM salaries go.
