[quote:433555bbfa="durantjerry"]Sorry about Snyder. I was checking my teams and players but somehow got it in my head Brett Butler was on Atlanta. I specifically avoided picking Gene Garber who I would have taken three or four picks ago because I thought I already had a Brave. As for the stadium, I picked the Astrodome in round 14. Is that still valid?[/quote:433555bbfa]

Sorry you didn't get Garber durantjerry but we tried to notify you as best we could when you picked Snyder. Also yes you get the Astrodome but since only half of the stadiums are listed for the 1986 game on the draft site for some reason we have to just take any stadium in the live draft and then post what stadium we want to take here in this thread.

i don't know what happened, but i set a proxy because im gonna be away for a while, and somehow it skipped klx two hours into his clock. then one more pick after mine. maybe we should turn proxies off until klx checks in, picks, or his clock actually expires...

I made a post about what to do about meat skipping klx22 too early but that situation cleared up (I thought) so I deleted my post.

As we near the end of the live draft it is time to start thinking about rosters. Here are the roster requirements as taken from the rules:

You must have at least 13 and no more than 17 hitters.
- At least two of those hitters must be eligible to play catcher.
You must have at least 10 and no more than 12 pitchers.
You must have at least 5 pitchers who have starting pitcher Endurance ratings (e.g. S7).
You must have at least 4 "pure" relievers (i.e. a relief rating (e.g. R2) but no starter rating).

Be sure to live draft at least the minimums listed above. For the AD you have to have 11 pitchers and 14 hitters. If you don't live draft 11 pitchers but can meet the minimums from the rules above that is fine. Just use any pitcher for the AD and then drop him after the AD back down to only the players you live drafted. Any questions JUST ASK.

thanks for the clarification LM...I was under the assumption we had to draft a legal autodraft roster, plus one. to ease confusion, if you intend to carry ten pitchers but need to draft 11, please make the fake pitcher as cheap and crappy as you can so we know for sure he's not a violator.

of course, in some cases, that could describe the ace of your rotation or bullpen...
