At this point, I think the only plausible explanation is that idanred is viewing the clocks on earth through a telescope that is more than a few light-hours away.

I saw a Star Trek episode where this alien dude thought that earth was still in the middle ages because he was looking at earth through a telescope from a thousand light years away. So, I'm pretty sure the same thing is happening here.

Well fellows, you can bring our the i told you so's, ldanred is still a no show. I sent an e-mail to Bob to see if we can entice Timboy to take the Chisox (he had mentioned before that we could probably do this if the need pressed) - a couple have volunteered to pick up the cost. And I will pitch in for that too. If we can get him in and get the rest of the league loaded tonight or tomorrow morning sneeze can still configure his team before he leaves. If not, we will wait for him. Sorry all for the hassle, but at this juncture, I am not expecting ldanred.

Timboy, the Chisox are yours for the taking, if you'll have them.
