San Diego is pretty bad.
If you look at all the teams, the best and worse combined have only 5 Mil more in Salary than the 12th and 13th combined.

Now about F. Robinson, Boog Powell, Mike Cuellar, Paul Blair, Belanger, the bullpen, etc. I don't know. :x
