I think I have 6 team's reserves so far (including mine).

Question: Is it OK to change any of your 12 franhise protected players AFTER the draft? In other words, as long as I keep 12 Reds (in my case), am I OK within the rules?

Yes, you can switch your 12 post-draft, subject to availability, of course. Just need 12 of your franchise at all times.
