I believe that it is somewhat standard procedure for divisions to be determined by the order of the draft, assigned as follows:
East-1,4,7,10
Central-2,5,8,11
West-3,6,9,12

Posted: Tue May 26, 2009 2:54 pmI'll volunteer to post the lotto results Wed AM and set up the draft on somdraft.com. I don't think it has been posted so I'll declare the draft order to be low number to high number.
