There is a 20% transaction penalty, so everytime you release a player your $25M salary cap is reduced. The less transactions the better.

lotto picks have already started coming in. we can't switch now. For example, I think PA has drawn, but I don't know how to read the results. Most of the east coast states have drawn. I just pray that I have the powerball.

If we're using pick3, OH is 635; NY is 914
