I'll fall out of my chair if Pelzer doesn't take Detroit. I am 99% sure that is who he will take but we will wait for him to make it official.

I just got home, been gone since Thursday. MI was fine for me. I'll keep checking back to see when it's my turn to draft

In looking through the teams in this league there is no doubt that these teams have better players overall. However none of the teams, outside of Baltimore maybe, have a good player at every position. We are still going to have to select a team that has holes somewhere. That is what makes this type of league fun!

I have the 5th pick in the draft and I am having a hard time figuring out who my top 5 teams are. Do I want a team that has no SS or no RP? Every team will be handicapped somewhere.

I think there is no doubt that Baltimore will have one of the playoff spots. Who will take the other 3? I have no idea. I also find it interesting that Baltimore has a team full of sluggers but play in a pitcher's park. Lucky for them there are 2 HR parks in their division. This aught to be fun!

Had to make it $200 mil becuase of the CUBS, their salary cap wouldn't work other wise.

I don't know if that 3rd league will happen or not since we didn't have all 12 owners in both leagues. If there is interest we certainly can do it.

Lets get this one loaded first before talking about that 3rd one for now though.

ty Assmer.

I thought the third league was we draft 2 teams hitters and 2 teams pitchers, so we have 4 half teams.

Or maybe that wasthe 4th league

i would not concede Baltimore making the playoffs! I don't think i would have picked them #1 if i had the number one pick! Thin starting pitching - Cuellar then who? Palmer maybe every 4 days - McNally is weak. Good bullpen, but the only position players i like are Powell, Buford, DAJohnson and Robinson. Time will tell, but i'm predicting the winner of the east will be Minnesota with Perry, Boswell, Kaat, Perranowski, Reese, Carew, Killer, Tovar and Oliva! HOPE THEY SLIP TO ME! hahahahahahahaha!! Atlanta looks OK, too - and the Mets with that pitching might surprise!!
