Oks so Hi to low tonight then. I hope I don't get last pick. I'll be more than happy to get 1st pick and take the Birds/Padres combo. :)

How are we suppose to set team names? If you go with the Orioles home park do you name yor team Baltimore Padres and if you go with Padres home park do you then name your team the San Diego Orioles?

Just so I'm clear.

We use one of the home parks for the franchises we draft. Correct?

To help those managers who didn't participate in the first Aligned Franchises League I've copied the link so you can all see the final standings and also to show how names were used for the teams used. You do use one of the ballparks from the combo chosen.

I'm in the finals up 2-0 and I did have first choice but I didn't use the Baltimore combo.

Hmm the link takes me to my 1969 page even thought it wasn't even open. On the plus side I see my new 1969 credit is finally there. 8)

If the teams are paired up the same in this league as in the first league of this type then anyone who participated in the first league should have a big advantage of knowing what teams did the best. Bob, or anyone else, care to share the standings or any other useful tidbits with the rest of us rookies? :)

RESPONSE TO LM BOMBERS

Postby rschwartz51 » Fri May 05, 2006 9:02 pm

I'm confused and realize it might be because my not seeing what you see on the computer. What I'm saying is that I copied the link to the first Aligned Franchises League and whan I click on the link above I go and there are the Final Standings plus any other stat from all the teams.

From the messages above, ( LM Bombers, Cubs48 & Asmeritan) it seems that you may see something different when you click on the link. If so, I don't have any idea other than manually typing in the standings. I will do this if I'm sure that you can't click on the link above and see it for yourselves.

It takes me to the standings page for the best 12 teams league I am in. Could be because I am in the finals there? :?
