After much deliberation I have finally decided. Now if Rick Smith co-operates by not taking the team I came up with.

yeah, that's rough. I worked for 2 or more hours straight on all the different keepers for Cincy with LA, Cal, KC, and NYY and decided on KC. LA and Cal didn't work well money-wise. Then Rjnewman took KC and back to the drawing board I went. KC was nice because of their vsR ability and Cincy's lack of it. Sea is a decent compensation and frees up some good money for the 7-round draft after the teams are picked.

should be fun!

Montreal had two major things that I wanted: Rusty Staub and Jarry Park.

In all the TSN/SOM teams I have ever had I'm not sure if I have had a stronger trio of OF throwing arms as I will have with Bonds/Mays/Staub who are -4,-3 & -4. Now Staub has to actually field the ball before throwing which could be an issue. LOL

I have fixed the spreadsheet so everyone can edit it.

Login, type in the name and salary of your players.

It was not my intention to enter all the data, merely to provide the means for all to do so.

I have NEVER played a game in the '69 set yet. This and the auction draft are my first attempts. I am assuming that this set still plays under the old pitching rules/preferences/settings. Is that correct?

kind of important to me for the role of specialist....the 9R type reliever.

thanks in advance for any help here.
