Here is the scenerio----------200 mil DH league drafted last nite....One of the owners drafts all 50 cent guys!!! WTH------I have heard of guys dropping their entire teams during league play because they are mad about something etc. , but have never seen anyone do this on a draft...I am not one to complain about this kind of stuff but in this situation it virtually assures that div of the wild card.....Has anyone ever seen anyone tank a draft like this and what could be the thinking behind something like this....Baffled in Okla.

I'm in this league as well. There's some more interesting stuff - none of the first five teams in the league filed any waiver claims (the "nickel" team was #5). Three of these teams had the #1, #2, and #4 waiver picks. I wonder if the owners even know the league drafted. As I recall, this league sat for quite awhile before it filled.
The East Division may well be totally HAL.

The aforementioned team is off to a wonderful 0-9 start and is the toast of the league...I PM'd TSN to try and intervene and maybe run the team but got the usual NO ANSWER........I am disgusted by this whole scenerio.....TSN has gotten the last dime from me. I AM DONE!!
Give us a link?

I actually received a reply from TSN prior to season start. They said there was nothing they could do since the owner hadn't violated any rules.

Fair Play policy
Please be respectful of your league-mates throughout the season so that all may have a pleasant environment in which to play. The following behavior will not be tolerated:
Tanking. You may not intentionally throw games, under any circumstances.
Collusion. You may not conspire with another manager, by making trades or by changing your team settings when playing against that team, to achieve any sort of anti-competitive goal, e.g. to help a team win, or to gang up on another team.
Offensive language. You may not communicate with other managers in a manner that they could find offensive.
If you violate any of the above rules, at our discretion, SportingNews.com will seize control of your team and you will not be eligible for a refund. Repeat offenses will result in a ban from ever playing the game again.
The above is copied from the 70's game rules. I'm sure the same rules apply to all TSN SOM games. It seems that this owner violates the Tanking rule above and the team should be siezed and operated by TSN.

Larry/Ugrant.......I would scream loudly on this one. Refunds or free credits are definitely due to whoever wants them for this league!! It is the most extreme abuse possible. It is completely unfair in every way.
Put out a "High Alert" to Bernie!!

LMBombers and ehlekev are right. Get in touch with Bernie; refunds in the form of a free credit seems fair to me. What is happening here is disgraceful. It really makes you wonder if it is worth it to play this game.
On the other hand, it is nice to see Bob Aspromonte make the most of his playing time. He leads the team in home runs with 1 and already has 5 RBI.
Seriously, contact SOM ASAP!!
