I have reserved a spot for franny. It was my intent in volunteering as an alternate in novies draft to preserve a spot in the inaugural draft for franny in case he missed the deadline. Best of intentions but they backfired. Surprisingly however the 69 season has rejuvenated my interest when I was ready to completely bail on SOM online so am setting this up. Hope franny will join.

Guys, proceed without me. Mr. Baseball World...it's all yours! Actually, I think you have the WI pick three instead of the MD number.
In the future, may I suggest a few things:
1. be advised that not everyone lives in the Eastern Time Zone.
2. some people have jobs that do not allow them to do SOM stuff all the time during the day. These people do most of their SOM stuff at night.
3. When a draft isn't officially starting until five days later it seems a bit unnecessary to rush things.
4. When a SOMster says they don't know what the pick three numbers for a state are, even if it has run, then they should be trusted that they don't know what the pick numbers numbers are for a state. If we can't trust each other on that level, what the hell are we playing SOM together for, anyway?
I think I'll just head back to Netplay now...

Does Penn even have his site up and running for 1969?
