Hal Richman must just have been dieing to honor the tribe by including Superjew on the second listing of his name on the card. reminds me of one of the few things I prefered in APBA, which never would have included [i:c1f9d8e984]that[/i:c1f9d8e984] nickname, but in the 1969 set, which was my first full season of board simulation, they included nicknames Ive never forgotten, and still think of when I look at these cards, like ed "thud" herman, tony "taco" perez, mack "the knife" jones, ed "spanky" kirkpatrick, bobby "okie" murcer, and in later years, gems like bob "piggy" hoerner, and rick "the whale" reuschel.

I don't recall ever seeing those nicknames on cards before....kinda cool. Did they have a Terry"Tub O'Goo" Forster?

I sure did a double-take when I saw the nickname on Epstein's card. Cracked me up, too.
