New Franchise-based league

Here is my idea for a league. I will try to have few if any rule changes.
1. Lotto used to assign draft order
2. round 1 pick one team's offense or pitching, for example Giant's hitters.
3. round 2 (reverse order of round 1) pick one team's offense or pitching.
4. round 3 (also reverse order of round 1) pick one team's offense or pitching
5. round 4 (order of round 1) pick one team's offense or pitching.
6. autodraft, 100 mill cap, no DH (because it's 1969), enter league in lotto draft order.
7. After the autodraft but before anyone picks up free agents, round 5 (reverse order of round 1) in which each team can select up to 2 free agents. These free agents must be picked up during waivers or their rights revert to original owner.
8. Original owner maintains rights to undrafted and untraded free agents.
9. Trading is allowed. You can trade draft picks for draft picks and/or for players. Be as wheely-dealy as you like and can include options but the deal must be announced at the time it is made, no secret deals. Trading can be done anytime during draft, preseason, season, after the season, but never at dusk (that's an old Steve Martin line).
9.5 Don't hold up the draft waiting for trade offers.
10. Anything goes on trading, but it must be announced and preseason trades can be vetoed by 6 owners.
11. You can draft up to 3 team offenses or pitching but you must draft or trade for a full autodraft roster (10 pitchers, 15 hitters). If this leaves another team short they can select a 0.5 cheapie to fill out roster for autodraft.
12. You can select your stadium at the time of any of your picks providing (a) it belongs to one of your drafted teams, and (b) it hasn't already been selected.
