I created a private league so a few of my friends could join the same league with me. We are not going to get 12 of us to play so we will need more. We will probably need 8 or 9 managers. Is anyone interested? If so, please give me your e-mail and I will send you an invite. It is a standard league. Alternatively, can you make the league public so others at random can join? I would just post the password here, and in the stratomatic thread you posted. anyone interested would then know there's a league available, and it could fill up depending on how many you need.
