After doing a 100M cap and seeing how little is left over to choose from, and still wanting to have the ability to use most of the players, a new idea has come up. A flex cap league.

1. 100M, DH, Live Draft (Penn's Site) (19 rounds + Stadium), AD the remaining 6 players.
2. In season roster cap of 90M at all times. You may use the extra 10M for drop/adds and trades as long as your active roster salary is maxed at 90M.
3. Your roster must conform to 90M rule by noon on Monday of league start.
4. Pick 3 lottery (low to high) for pick slots AND divisions.
5. Unique stadiums
