On a team full of surprises (100M, Yankee Stadium, 2 team theme), Frank's production is not surprising:
Fernandez 35 117 17 23 3 0 7 15 26 47 0 0 .197 .347 .402
These, on the other hand, are surprising (sorry to hijack):
Reggie 43 153 23 35 9 3 10 36 28 44 0 0 .229 .365 .523
Monday 43 158 22 34 5 0 3 18 21 43 0 0 .215 .317 .304
Murcer 26 105 18 32 2 0 11 28 7 16 0 0 .305 .342 .638
D Green 42 154 18 36 7 0 2 18 18 33 0 0 .234 .313 .318
D Cater 22 78 14 30 9 1 1 8 4 4 0 1 .385 .410 .564
F Peterson 12 4 5 0 79.2 85 39 18 54 4.41 1.29

Fernandez in Shea:
88 13 4 2 9 22 1 0 .148 .261 .330
Batting 2nd. His lack of dps is nice; he either walks or strikes out, with the occasional extra base hit. If I could get his obp up to .350, I'd really like him.

Gene, link is a dude.
Thanks to all for replying, I have seen him available in the two leagues I am in, and wanted to get a perspective on what he has been doing in the earlier leagues.
Thanks

Sorry, but for $6.6M I wouldn't touch him despite his high OBP. He's slow and generates almost no runs.

Gotta agree with treyomo. Lots of walks on card but that does not necessarily help move leadoff hitter around bases. And his 10 running rating is clogging the basepaths for the guys behind him. Unless you got big HR hitters in next 2 slots better have high average guys because it will take 2 or 3 singles to get him round the bases.
He would make a good bargain guy but at 6.61 mil I want a much more well rounded player.

after 66 games;
66-228-43-3-13-31-67-1-1-.246-.456-.419
think he's OK, will use him again and usually i'm NOT big on spending for ANY catcher :)
