Once you find that help, please send some my way to. I can't seem to locate a SS.

I don't think they had invented the shortstop yet in 1969. Or at least they didn't have any good ones.
My advise, go with an under $1 mil SS. Not worth wasting you $ on.

SSs are the toughest players to find. Every draft I have seen Petrocelli goes first or second pick. Other options are Aparicio, Kessinger and Belanger. After that you're better off with a low cost guy. Don't wait too long though otherwise you'll wind up with a 3 with a high error. I tried to get Petrocelli and Aparicio in my last draft, had them 1 and 2 and got neither. I wound up with Bud Harrelson. I traded him for Maury Wills. I needed offense really bad. Got Kubiak as a late inning defensive replacement.

I lucked out Abner on Aparicio, I had him 2nd also. I did miss out on picks 4-5-6 though, which may be the reason I won the tie-breaker on Luis.

I had Aparichio 2nd, and still didn't get him. Did get Kessinger, though. I have over $15 mill to improve my team. What are the odds of my using all of that, and using it well?

Fortunately with the 12th waiver pick I was able to obtain a SS. If fact, it was the guy Nolan Ryan was traded for. After him there wasn't much out there for SS.

Well I had an emergency today and didn't get to set waivers or arrive for the frenzy. In fact. I've had little time to do much studying so I'm not sure how to tweak at the moment. Yall don't beat up on me too bad please.

I've never seen so many gbA's in my life. Even some good hitters are almost rendered useless because of it.
Not sure how I'm gonna enjoy playing '69.

From the looks of things, we'll need the gbA's to take care of all the extra base runners that get on because of poor defense. I think there are 4 middle infielders I'd consider playing in the 200x series and they're all second basemen.
It's weird how much this seems like a completely different game just cause of the different types of players available. I never played ATG so I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with an S9/R3* (not that I have any of those on my team).
