Trying to figure out the defensive ratings on Kirkpatrick's card. At the top, he's listed as being able to play 2B and 3B. But where they give the error ratings, 2B and 3B do not appear; however, after his 1B ratings there's a backslash followed by nothing, which makes me thing there are additional position listings that were cut off.
Anybody know what to make of this? I'm thinking Kirkpatrick might be a valuable addition to a weak crop of 3B, but not if he's a 4e88.

I'm using him right now in Moose's 2 Team Theme league. He obviously hits well vs. RH's and makes a nice OF platoon w/ Pinella.
His INF ratings are: 4e25 @ 1B, 4e41 @ 2B and 4e37 @ 3B.
Ed's an OF, IMHO.

Thanks. Yeah, a few too many errors in the INF, although sometimes I'd trade that for the offense.

Don't forget he can catch too!
He is a master of all trades.

Above is the link to the spreadsheet which TSN distributed for 1969. It shows all of Kirkpatricks defensive ratings as:
rf-3(0)e2 lf-3e2 cf-4e2 c-4(+5)e16,T-20(pb-0) 1b-4e25 2b-4e41 3b-4e37
Which, in this crop of 3B, might make him marginally usable there.

Make that Jack of all trades, master of none (except LH pitching of course)
