Live Draft Website Dilemma

Houston we have a problem...
My employer has decided that broadband internet access is a "utility" that each employee should pay for on their own. That means the gravy train we have all enjoyed has come to an end. I currently am hosting the website thanks to a fat old Cablevision connection, which unfortunately costs $65/month. Now that my employer is no longer paying for it, I need to find a lower cost alternative. Verizon FIOS is the fastest/cheapest, but with two big problems, no static IP address and they BLOCK Port 80 (for you internet novices, that means they will block traffic to my webserver).
So, before I switch ISPs and cut everyone off cold turkey, I am looking for someone to host the website. I will be happy to assist in any way I can to make this transition, but continuing to host it is just not going to be economically feasible. (They also stopped paying for my office phone, but that is a WHOLE other story). Maybe TSN can host it for the time being.
Please contact me either through this thread or via PM if interested. I will be happy to answer any and all questions here. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully we can find a solution that helps everyone.
