I see your point and it is a valid one. But on practical side...
Having computer generated teams would cut in to TSN revenue. Would you be willing to pay more per team or accept no credits for winners to offset this? And what if the computer generated team won championship? That would certainly mean no credits issued. Would you have a problem with that?
Think carefully. Because if I were a TSN programmer and I were creating logic for computer generating teams I would probably include in my program... Consideration for who was most popular. My #1 pick would be the same player who was most often #1, etc. Then at some point there would have to be some human intervention to prevent the programming from having to be so special as to be extremely expensive to develop. That mean salary for an employee which increases costs which would have to raise price. That brings me back to my first question. Would you be willing to pay more money for the product?
