No one ever talks about this guy but to me he is solid addition to any team. He won't hit 40 hrs or bat .350 but he drives in runs and plays solid defense. Anyone else a fan of Northup?

You're not the only one that appreciates Northrup. The fact that he can play all three outfield positions is definitely an asset, and especially with the 2 ratings for lf and rf. Plus, even though he's a lefty batter, he also has a decent card against left handed pitching. In one of the previous leagues I played where Northrup was on my team, he hit 20 something homeruns, but he was on the leaderboard in the doubles category.
