No player over 2M allowed. 200M (no minimum team salary required), DH
Once 12 people have signed up I'll start the league. No lotto needed. We'll just enter the league at random.
C'mon it'll be fun. AND IT'S FREE :D (if we can fill the league soon.)

Generally the tricky position is catcher since we have to have at least 2 per team. There are way more than 24 catchers at 2M or less. I didn't check all positions but I'm sure there are more than enough players.
