Live Drafts

Postby TONYDIMINI » Thu Mar 06, 2008 2:09 am

I signed up for a draft to take place on Sunday and have since noticed that the draft has already taken place. Someone in the league said that the commish can change the draft time. Is this true? Why would the game allow such a move and then why would a low-life commish do such a think without notification. This really sucks. I signed up for a Sunday draft.

Ouch, that hurts.

Problems like this one are probably why they are starting out free.

I wonder if this happens in the rot leagues? Seems moving the date forward should not be allowed.

We're of the mindset that the customer should have as much control as possible, where possible, but it's apparent that that's not always the case.

I think what we'll do is retain the ability for commissioners of password leagues to change their draft leagues, because those leagues are ostensibly for people who all know and trust each other, but remove that ability from open leagues.

I'm sorry you had the experience you had; I hope you can find another free league to your liking.
