Anyone willing to launch a real teams league?

I'd like to launch one but I'm not sure what type of roster rules.

Here's an idea. It would require an honor system though. Use actual teams of 25 players with up to 3 free agents to bring the roster up to 28. If you are playing a team that finished under .500 you are allowed to pick-up 1 additional FA with top priority for each 10 games you finished under. for example if your team was 71-91 you would get 2 additional picks. These supplemental picks would take place first before open free agency.

So what are the rules?
Straight 1986 team, no changes?
DH or no-DH?
80 mil or 100 mil?

200 mill league 86 players only... vote on free agents...

I vote each team gets one free agent pickup. And if you pick a team under 500 you get 1 pick for every 5 games under upto 3 total free agents.

so the most any team can have is 3 free agents. The team with the worst record would pick there free agents first and then so on. and I think we should use the DH.
