Go to your league stats page . Then click on your team from the list of 12 teams . In the address of the page will appear a long address and it will end with a " userid # ". Copy the link ( highlight it then right click and then click on "copy" . Then come back to the boards and write what you want to say then insert the copied link ( right click on the text box and click paste ) .

A LINK WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT THE USERID#

EXAMPLE : http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/stratomatic/team/team_other.html?user_id=80889
