Dad has no hitter in first season

I have been playing SOM for almost 30 years. I have never had a no hitter. My Dad had Floyd Youmans pitch a no hitter two nights ago. It was his first ever SOM season. Well at least someone in the family has got one. And since I am not in his league, I did help build his team. But it is still his no no! Has anyone else never had a no no? Has anyone had multiple no hitters?

I have had a couple in ATG, none yet in 1986, but they are almost common in 1986 from what I've seen. I have seen at least a dozen in the 9 leagues I'm in, but I also don't log in and see the headlines every day.

Guy in our '86 league had Bob Ojeda throw not only a no-hitter, but a perfect game last night.

Here's his stat line:

Tropics IP H R ER BB SO HR PC ERA
B.Ojeda WIN(7-4) 9 0 0 0 0 9 0 91 3.62

Nothin' like 27 up, 27 down!

It's a whine I admit, but recently had Youmans throw 15 1/3 hitless innings over two starts and he went 0-1 with a ND:

Wheels IP H R ER BB SO HR PC ERA
F.Youmans LOSS(2-1) 9 0 1 1 2 12 0 117 1.49

Previous start he went 6 1/3 hitless, gave up 2 runs due to 5 walks.

I finally got my first no hitter from Ron Darling. Only a week or so after Dad got his first. I guess it is true that 1986 is a very good year for no nos!
