1969 season, $25M, no DH, auto draft

Everyone knows what Jimmy Wynn and Dick Allen can do! But true strategy and managerial skills involves identifying and managing the sleepers. Just to be sure, the cap is $25m per team, or is it a $1m cap on the 25 players?

It is a $25M dollar cap per team, so you could take Wayne Comer, and a bunch of half million dollar guys, whatever strategy you think best.
