Extra Inning Thriller - Walk Off Homer by a Pitcher

The game ended in the 17th inning when Steve Blass, the pitcher, was selected by HAL as a pinch hitter (probably because the bench had been exhausted by that time), and Blass connected for a home run.
The winning pitcher, Denny Higgins, had pitched in the two previous games, and thus was likely "fatigued", so I dodged a bullet there.
HAL has managed to redeem himself for disobeying my instructions which resulted in a loss to my team a few days ago.
