Has anyone had success with Mitch Williams as a closer? His walks are crazy but not many hits. Is there someone else in his salary range that would be better? Thanks.

On my one and only '86 team, which happened to win its division (but lose in the first round @!#$%?</), Williams was part of my bullpen by committee, and his stats were decent. I wouldn't use him strictly as my team's only closer, though.
